It was fulfilling to see how the product evolved from being paper-based to digital workflows, making users work in a more efficient and reliable way.
I was part of that evolution by mediating between stakeholders and compiling all necessities in a single product-service offering.
Discovery, Information architecture, User research, Interface design
Interviews, Interaction Flows, Figma, HeyMarvin.
I participated in ongoing feedback gathering methods such as surveys and Customer Success team interviews.
Also, I got to audit existing features and propose improvements to the platform.
I mapped the system flows involved, including the interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Improvement opportunities were identified and analyzed with product and technology teams.
New features or tools were proposed via task flows and low-fidelity prototypes.
These were later reviewed with internal stakeholders to validate impact and feasibility.
I acted as intermediary of different areas by envisioning the solutions as a whole.
Proposals were tested with financial advisors through moderated usability testing.
This allowed also to understand the perceived usefulness for users and whether they will find motivation to use the solutions or not.
The final stage was to produce interface designs that were delivered to the development team.
Quality was assured in terms of visual fidelity as well as experience consistency across all features and tools.
The vision of the platform is to become a one-stop-shop solution for financial advisors to maintain their business relationships. It will provide information and capabilities that bring several parties together into a top-notch service.
