Vehicle training mobile app for automobile salespeople to better close deals. Mimic encourages users to “imitate” or reproduce the information and skills presented in the platform.

Background

Salespeople in automotive industry need to keep track of a large amount of information and to better close deals.

Understanding

The client was a major automotive dealership chain, who had identified that information is not effectively distributed to salespeople.

They had gathered relevant content about sales skills and cars and needed a way to reach the sales force.

Early-stage process included experience understanding and mapping of all the parties involved.

Ideation

Low-fi prototypes were made in order to present to stakeholders.

It involves all the parts that take part in the experience and served as starting point to identify opportunities.

Interface Design

A complete hi-fidelity prototype was delivered for development.

Through a mobile app and a web content management system, the company would be able to distribute learning content to their representatives and improve sales rates.
